The CRS cut-off score fell below 400 in the most recent Express Entry draw.
More invitations to apply (ITAs) via the Express Entry system have been sent out by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Canada Revises List of Countries Requiring Immigration Medical Exams for Temporary Residents
