Appointment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Gogna Immigration Inc. | Neha Gogna, RCIC #R708342
Last updated: October 7, 2026
These Terms and Conditions explain the appointment, cancellation, rescheduling and refund rules that apply when a client books and pays for a consultation with Gogna Immigration Inc. By completing a booking and submitting payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to this policy.
Important Scope
This policy applies to paid consultations and appointments. Fees, refunds and cancellation terms for immigration representation or other professional services are governed by the signed retainer or service agreement for those services. If a retainer agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement governs.
1. Cancellation and Refunds
-
A refund may be issued only when the appointment is cancelled at least two (2) hours before the scheduled appointment time.
-
Cancellations made less than two (2) hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund.
-
After the two-hour cancellation deadline has passed, the appointment time is considered reserved exclusively for the client and the consultation fee is non-refundable.
2. Missed Appointments and No-Shows
-
Missed appointments are non-refundable.
-
A client who does not attend, does not join an online appointment, or cannot be reached for the scheduled consultation will be treated as a no-show and will not receive a refund.
-
Unused appointment time cannot be credited or transferred to a future consultation.
3. Rescheduling
-
Clients should provide as much notice as possible when requesting a new appointment time.
-
Requests made at least two (2) hours before the appointment may be accommodated, subject to availability.
-
A rescheduling request made less than two (2) hours before the appointment may be treated as a cancellation, and the consultation fee may be forfeited.
4. Late Arrival
Appointments end at the originally scheduled time. A late arrival will generally not extend the appointment and does not entitle the client to a refund or additional consultation time.
5. Client Preparation
-
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
-
If the client is unprepared, does not provide requested information, or is unable to proceed for a reason within the client's control, the consultation fee remains subject to this policy and becomes non-refundable after the cancellation deadline.
6. RCIC Unavailability
-
If the RCIC becomes unavailable because of illness, an emergency or circumstances beyond their control, the client will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
-
The appointment will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
-
The client will not be charged a new consultation fee for the rescheduled appointment.
7. Nature of the Consultation
The consultation fee covers professional time and an assessment based on the information and circumstances provided by the client. Payment of a consultation fee does not guarantee:
-
approval of an immigration application;
-
approval of a work permit, study permit, visitor visa, permanent residence or citizenship application;
-
receipt of an Invitation to Apply or provincial nomination; or
-
any particular immigration outcome.
8. Acceptance of This Policy
By booking an appointment and submitting payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to this policy, including the two-hour cancellation deadline and the rule that no-shows are non-refundable.
By proceeding with payment, the client expressly acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
