Initial Consultation Agreement Between Neha Gogna
RCIC #R708342 and the Client

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which consultation services are provided by Neha Gogna, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC #R708342), to the Client. The client agrees to remit the applicable consultation fee as indicated in the booking tool for the selected online consultation service. The consultation is intended to obtain sufficient information to enable the RCIC to assess the client's circumstances and provide professional advice regarding available immigration options, including estimated timelines, professional fees, and associated costs. The client shall provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation as requested by the RCIC and shall fully disclose all material facts, including any adverse or negative information. Failure to provide such disclosure may affect the advice rendered, resulting in the termination or invalidation of this Agreement or adversely impacting the Client’s application, immigration status, or outcome. The RCIC’s advice is based on Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and policies in force as of the date of the consultation. The RCIC shall not be liable for any subsequent amendments, policy changes, or interpretations that may affect future applications or outcomes. Services shall be performed in accordance with the standards of competence and professionalism required of a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). No representation, warranty, or guarantee is made regarding the success of the Client’s immigration, business, educational, or employment objectives, as results are dependent on factors beyond the RCIC’s control. The RCIC shall maintain the confidentiality of the client's personal information and documentation and shall not disclose such information to any third party, other than the RCIC’s authorized agents or employees, without the client's prior written consent, except where disclosure is required by law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Neha Gogna (RCIC #R708342) is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants and complies with its by-laws, code of professional ethics, and regulations. By submitting payment of the consultation fee through the booking tool, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
