More invitations to apply (ITAs) via the Express Entry system have been sent out by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). In a draw for applicants who could speak French, the immigration agency gave 6,000 ITAs. More invitations to apply (ITA) via the Express Entry system have been sent out by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).  4,500 ITAs were given by the immigration authorities in an effort to attract applicants who speak French.  In order to be eligible for this draw, applicants had to: • A minimum score of 432 on the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS); and • Before 7:07 p.m., Universal Coordinated Time (UTC), on June 13, 2025, an Express Entry candidate profile
