If I receive an ITA through Express Entry, do I still need to engage an immigration consultant?

It is not necessary to hire a Immigration Consultant for the Express Entry application procedure, although doing so can have several benefits.

Your chances of success would remain the same if you filed the same application alone or with the assistance of an immigration agent.

Nonetheless, you can submit the greatest candidate profile and/or application for permanent residency (PR) with the assistance of a knowledgeable and respected Canadian immigration attorney. Additionally, they can assist you get as many CRS points as possible.

Furthermore, an experienced immigration attorney can:

  1. Provide you with guidance on which Express Entry program to apply under;

  2. assist you in organizing and planning the material and documentation required for a successful PR application;

  3. Make sure your application is correct and devoid of errors or false information.

  4. Guide you through and help resolve any unforeseen issues with your application.

The primary benefit of working with an immigration consultant is the individualized attention and guidance they can offer you, not their capacity to fill out paperwork or submit documents on your behalf.
